>> Before your visit
You will receive a confirmation email and/or texts before your appointment. You will have the option to confirm or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
To help make your first visit easy and stress free here are a few things to consider
- Dress for comfort, some appoinmtments may be a couple hours and comfy is my love language. Please refrain from hoodies and turtlenecks or you favorite white shirt for color appointments.
- Please arrive with clean hair washed within the past 48 hours. Excess build up and oils can prevent the color from working as expected.
- If you are going to be late, please call or text. Being late may result in a shortened service session. I will always do my best to stay on schedule as well and will contact you if I am running a bit behind.
>> During your visit
Come as you are! Upon your arrival we will have time to chat about your hair journey and future hair goals. We will have the opportunity to get to know one another so we can make your appointment feel totally relaxed, personalized and about you.
>> After your visit
Please wait 48 hours before washing your hair to prevent premature fading of the color. Using color sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners is also crucial to promoting color longetivity and healthy, happy hair!
After your appointment you will have the opportunity to share any feedback about your experience.
